In its second June edition, the show focuses on old Bulgarian desserts. You will see three recipes from three different regions of Bulgaria. You will have the opportunity to see how they are prepared - almost in real time: Summer casserole of fresh fruits, Grandma's cookies and Rose pie. The "Ethno finding" also includes the sequels to the interviews filmed by the team during the 17th edition of the International Exhibition "Cultural Tourism".
