The third issue of "Folklore table" TV show in November put a highlight to the culinary traditions of the region of Gabrovo, Bulgaria. The reason for the topic of the show is the electronic edition of the book "Bulgarian code for delicious".
The book includes 199 recipes - recorded, preserced, presented on culinary festivals and competitions. The author is Velichka Ilieva, an ethnographer, with whom we conducted an online interview. The team of the show filmed one of the most typical recipes of the village of Draganovtsi, Gabrovo region - "sborenka".
The "Ethno finding" part of the show gave a field for expression to the Group for authentic folklore from the village of Raduil, Samokov region.
