"The taste of socialism" - that was the theme of culinary exhibition and seminar, organized and conducted by the Club of students and postgraduates "Old Capital ethnologists" and the Center for Ethnology and cultural antropology at "St. Cyril and St. Methodius" University of Veliko Turnovo. The reason for the "tasty" event was the approaching student holiday - December 8th.
