In the eve of one of the most prefered Bulgarian holidays - the Day of St. Nicholas, according to an old folk tradition on 6th of December the whole family should gather together near the table. The meals should include sea foods - most often fish. The first of December editions of "Folklore table" is determined for those who want to comply with the tradition and to prepare something more special - one as useful as it is "delicious" show of Eurofolk TV.
The recipes that are included in it were prepared by the charming ladies from "Asen Raztsvetnikov" Seniors Club in Draganovo village in front of the camera of our team. Initiator of the recording is "Saedinenie 1888" Community centre - Draganovo village.
On December 5 (Saturday) in 12:00 you will learn exactly how the women from Draganovo will prepare Fish Soup, Rybnik, Madzhunena halva and "Wedding" jam. If you forget to write down any important ingredient, you can watch the reps from 14:00 and 04:00 on Saturday and on the St. Nicholas Day (Sunday) at the same time as well.
