The beginning of the new year is a good time to take stock of the past. From its inception until today, "Folklore Table" makes this in January.
In the first issue of the show we will remind you of our conversation with Mrs. Yuliana Petrova, main organizer of the Culinary Competition "With the aroma of deliciously cooked, folklore and art"; you will attend our virtual meeting with Mrs. Tsatsral Baatar from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, who in the company of her family will prepare one of the emblems of the Mongolian national cuisine.
We will return to the meeting with Mrs. Pepa Stoyanova, who tells us about the VI edition of the Folklore Festival "Greyana rakia & zeleva chorba ot starovremskata sofra" (Mulled rakia and cabbage soup from the old table) in the village of Babovo. The first edition for 2022 reminds us of a recipe from Yakutia - we are visiting the home of Mrs. Alexandra Borisova virtually again.
