In the first issue of "Folklore Table" show in May, a series of culinary presentations from different regions of Bulgaria will be shown. You will also see how to prepare the Easter eggs according to old Bulgarian technique from Velingrad, how to make the traditional bread which is named "kukulnik" in the town of Ihtiman, how to prepare "kozunak" according to the recipe in the Karaysen village, Pavlikeni region.

The second issue in May is focused on St. George's Day. The holiday is celebrated on May 6th each year. The church reminds the dedication of St. George, and people celebrate the holiday with a whole cycle of ancient traditions and customs. Of course, the emphasis is on the holiday meals.
