The first February issue of “Folklore table” show will again present the culinary and musical traditions of Bulgarian nation.
In the first part of the show you will see the Vladimir Vasilev – a student in 12th grade in the Vocational School of Tourism "Dr. Vasil Beron" Veliko Tarnovo. He will show his culinary skills in front of the camera of Eurofolk TV with two of his favorite recipes - stuffed rabbit and “Julien” chicken.
Second part of the show is dedicated to 75th birthday of Vasil Minchev. In the rubric “Etnonahodka” (Ethno discovery) we will talk with the folklore singer from the town of Gabrovo, Bulgaria who not only sings, but seeks and records authentic songs from his homeland.
