First you will see how the butchers in the village of Karaisen, Pavlikeni municipality prepare "Kurkudena" soup. This will be followed by the recipe for "Pork bones with prunes and rice" from the town of Apriltsi.

The third tasty dish that we will show you is the "Tutmanik", prepared by Bonka Kandeleva and shot in the town of Banya.
